Process
To plan the design of the app in a user friendly way, we did a qualitative research that decides our approach, based on the quantitative data we gathered via a user survey. We understood the needs and pain points of the different user types as a result.
Small & Medium Business owners
- Need for a personalized delivery service for even small goods at optimum cost
- Inability to expand service area without proper delivery mechanism
People needing short distance deliveries
- Would prefer low cost alternatives for short distance couriers.
- The current courier process involving tracking is mostly a unpleasant customer experience
People in the Logistics Industry
- Short distance transfer of goods involves a lot of overheads
- Lack of manpower in setting up a network dedicated to short distance transporting
