Overview
Identifying the finest source of high-quality raw materials in the Manufacturing sector using conventional methods was arduous, time-consuming, and costly.
We designed a user-friendly web app that would allow them to rate and evaluate the quality of different suppliers' raw materials based on several parameters.

We started the project by conducting interviews with the client's procurement team and analyzing their existing supplier evaluation process, We identified several challenges they faced, such as
- Traditional supplier evaluation methods were document heavy and tedious
- There was no centralized platform for the procurement team to communicate with the suppliers
- The whole process had to trickle through different people for planning and getting approvals
After another round of stakeholder enquires, several features were ideated and proposed as Low fidelity wireframes were tested out, based on the feedback the following features were refined
- Supplier evaluation scoreboard
- Evaluation score comparison dashboard
- In-platform audit scheduling
Finally, high-fidelity user interface designs were developed and delivered over to the engineering team.
